This Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to all PRODIFY subscriptions managed by Lereko Digital (Pty) Ltd. We are committed to being fair and transparent about our billing practices.
1Policy Overview
PRODIFY operates on a month-to-month subscription model at a flat rate of R499 per month per business account. We believe in simplicity, transparency, and fairness in all billing matters.
Key Principle: We want you to love PRODIFY. If something isn't working for your business, we'd rather help you succeed than keep your money. Please contact our support team before cancelling — we may be able to resolve your issue.
214-Day Free Trial
New PRODIFY accounts are eligible for a 14-day free trial with full access to all platform features.
- No credit card or payment information is required during the trial period
- Trial accounts have full access to all PRODIFY features
- If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be automatically paused
- Trial data is retained for 30 days after the trial expires, giving you time to subscribe without losing data
- The 14-day trial is available once per business entity — duplicate registrations to obtain additional trial periods are not permitted
3Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your PRODIFY subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, penalties, or minimum contract periods.
How to Cancel

What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- You retain full access to your account and data until the billing period ends
- Your cancellation will be confirmed via email within 1 business day
4Refund Eligibility
PRODIFY subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. The following circumstances may qualify for a refund:
Accidental Double Billing
If you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a system error, you are entitled to a full refund of the duplicate charge.
Service Outage (Extended)
If PRODIFY experiences an unplanned outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit for the affected period.
Billing Error
If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a billing system error, the difference will be refunded in full.
Cancellation After Billing Date
If you cancel after your monthly billing date but have not used the service, refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date.
All refund requests are reviewed individually. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
5Refund Process & Timeline
Submit Request
Email billing@prodify.co.za with your account email, the transaction reference, and reason for the refund request.
Review (1–3 Business Days)
Our billing team reviews your request and verifies the qualifying circumstances.
Approval & Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Credit Received
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. EFT refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
6Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Change of mind after using the service during the billing period
- Cancellation mid-period where the service was accessed and used
- Account termination due to violation of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after the billing date in question
- Dissatisfaction with features where the feature was available at the time of subscription
- Business closure or change of business direction
- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle when the account was active
7Plan Changes & Downgrades
PRODIFY currently offers a single flat-rate plan at R499/month. If additional plan tiers are introduced in the future:
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed pro-rata for the remainder of the billing period
- Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
- No credit is issued for downgrading mid-cycle
8Your Data After Cancellation
We understand your business data is valuable. Here's what happens to it after cancellation:
- You can export all your data at any time before or after cancellation
- Data is retained for 30 days after your subscription ends
- After 30 days, your data is permanently and securely deleted from our systems
- We cannot recover data once it has been permanently deleted — please ensure you have exported everything you need
- If you resubscribe within 30 days, your data will be fully restored
Tip: Before cancelling, navigate to Settings → Export Data to download a full CSV/PDF backup of all your records.
